Code of Conduct
- The group leader is responsible to inform all members of his/her group of the standards at Crowders Camps. A leader must be on duty at all times in areas where youth campers are present. Youth campers may not be left on their own.
- There will be no showing of affection between couples.
- Never be outside of your room after lights out.
- Cigarettes, tobacco products, alcohol, illegal narcotics, fireworks, and weapons are prohibition camp property.
- Excessively loud or questionable styles of music are prohibited.
- Modesty in dress is an important principle in the life of a Christian. Clothing must be appropriate for the recreational activity in which the group is participating. Shorts and pants should be modest. Clothing which is NOT permissible: clothing that has offensive logos, pictures or wording; strapless or bare midriff tops for girls.
- Offensive language or swearing is not permitted.
- Shoes (ie. sneakers, flip flops, chacos) must be worn at all times, except at the designated swim areas.
- Do not occupy lodging spaces or reservation only spaces (the Rec field, fire pit areas, Downtown, low ropes, etc) that your group has not reserved. Please be considerate of other guests on the property.
- Please park in the designated parking areas only. Do not park on the grass. Guests are to leave facilities better than they found them.
- Music being played indoors should be contained to the room in which it is being played and should never be higher than 100db. Bass levels should be controlled so that they are never heard nor felt outside of the room in which the music is being played.
- Outdoor loudspeakers are only allowed between the hours of 9am and 10pm and should never be louder than 90db within 100 feet of the speakers. Bass levels must be controlled as well.
- Pets are not allowed on our camp property. If any camper requires special accommodation because of a service animal, we’ll be happy to accommodate this request.
If you need to leave for any reason, you must alert a staff member and sign-out at the registration table (this will be enforced).
Most importantly, we want you to have fun and be ready to meet with God!
Message to Youth Pastors
Please send your money along with the registration form by April 15, 2025. If payment is received by April 15, 2025 the cost is $50 per person. Payments after April 15, 2025 will be $60 per person.

Each youth/young adult group must have an adult leader stay with the group for the entire retreat. It is preferred that both boys and girls have a leader for the entire retreat. Please, no more than two adults per cabin.
The Ignite staff reserves the right to search luggage at any time during the retreat.
This event is for 5th grade and up only – No exceptions.
Saturday evening service will be open to parents and church members.
We understand that some churches will need to leave after service Saturday night or early Sunday morning; please let the registration table know if you need to leave early.
The retreat will officially be over Sunday after the morning service. However, you are invited to stay and help clean-up.
